Responsibilities: Responsible for incoming repairs Provide troubleshooting and repair of all products offered by the company Determine if a product can be repaired or needs replacement Complete appropriate paperwork associated with repairs and re-shipments Work with TS Admin to facilitate RMA returns Provide phone and e-mail technical support for products Diagnose technical problems accurately Ensure repairs are made within the agreed time frame Inform customers of progress and complete follow-up documentation Provide information and guidance for software upgrades Provide production configuration of new equipment Provide Engineering Change Orders to warehoused goods as needed Provide trade show support Prepare equipment and assist in pre-show More ❯
