Demand Marketing Manager to work across two of their key business segments, collaborating across Dales, Development, and Content. You'll play a pivotal role in managing and optimising the sales pipeline, developing & delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, whilst ensuring every lead is nurtured through to conversion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Development, and Content teams, aligning activities … marketing automation platforms, implement lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture workflows progressing prospects. Testing: Implement testing methods (A/B, etc) to improve engagement and conversion, optimising campaigns where necessary. Sales Enablement: Working closely with the Sales department, create and distribute sales enablement tools and marketing assets, to support pitches/demos with the goal of … performance metrics, pipeline health, and campaign effectiveness. Strategies: Implement data-led strategies to improve conversion rates/ROI, using analytics and attribution modelling. Ownership: Manage and oversee the full sales pipeline from your lead generation activities, through to close.
