A strong networking background encompassing design and operational support of IP, Security and OTN technologies across Service Provider, Access, Data Centre/Cloud and Management Architectures. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Good understanding of IP, TCP/IP, UDP, BGP, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS, and OTN Technologies and protocols. Experience and proficiency with network, alert and inventory/asset management tools like Netbox, NetPicker, SolarWinds, Wireshark, Grafana, Big Panda or similar.
