The Technical Operator optimises productivity within the factory, assisting the Team Leader at change overs by setting up the machinery, instructing staff and completing SAP/paperwork processes, covering Team Leaders during breaks and for holidays and sickness, during the rest of the time the Technical Operator fulfils Production … personnel on the line with particular focus during cleaning and change overs. Material consumption control, garnish, wastage and traceability, scanning and paperwork completion including SAP/WMS, down time and OAL. Optimising machinery effectiveness, using standard settings, completing machinery set ups and assisting during breakdowns. Assisting with CCP checks. more »
