Deliver hands-on project work for the migration of legacy telephony services to Microsoft Teams Voice . Configure, deploy, and support Teams endpoints (handsets, headsets, common-area devices). Carry out site-based readiness assessments (network, Wi-Fi, switching, cabling, device checks) alongside operational teams (Networks, Server, Voice … with project plans.
