You’ll Be Doing Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support, including networking tasks, across all campuses — hardware, software, connectivity. Maintain IT/AV/printing devices: PCs (Windows 10 & 11), iOS, Android, Chrome OS; printers; servers running Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022; Microsoft 365 environment. Install, test, configure, maintain both hardware and software … a 2nd line support/networking role. Qualifications: Level 3 in IT‑related subject; additional qualifications (e.g. Microsoft, Cisco) are a strong plus.
