Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and innovative Business Change Manager that is passionate about user-centred design to join the Digital Transformation Team. As an integral part of the Digital & Data Directorate in CTM, the team have a rapidly expanding portfolio of challenging and interesting projects, including electronic prescribing and medicines administration, transforming … patient contact services and several smaller projects supporting direct care.
