Officer provides essential technical and desktop support for the pathology IT systems across Black Country Pathology Services (BCPS). Reporting to the Pathology IT Service Lead, the post holder supports the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and development of key systems such as Clinisys WinPath Enterprise, SampleNet, Path Manager … officer will also assist with system upgrades, data integrity checks, and reporting, while liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
