Proven experience in finance systems implementation (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday, NetSuite, Dynamics 365). Strong understanding of finance processes including GL, AP, AR, FP&A, and reporting. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with data migration, system integration, and change management is a plus. Relevant qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, PMP, Prince2) are desirable.
