Job summary 22.5 hours per week This role plays a part in driving digital innovation within the 019 service, ensuring technology is effectively integrated to enhance care, improve communication, & support service development. The post holder provides regular updates on digital developments to managers & teams, ensuring colleagues are informed, confident, & supported in adopting new systems. They champion service user … engagement in the design, implementation, & review of digital tools, ensuring developments are responsive to the needs of children, young people, & families.
