be successful in this role you must have/be: Proven track record of successful ERP implementation, preferably within manufacturing SMEs Strong knowledge of manufacturing business processes, including MRP, inventory control, production scheduling, and supply chain Working knowledge of Epicor would be advantageous Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, recognised project management certification (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP … or APM) ideal Experience of working with MS Project Strong stakeholder management capabilities - able to build trust and confidence in the team Collaborative and approachable style Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-orientated mindset Adaptability to changing project requirements This role is based on-site at our factory in Biggleswade.
