Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler ADC, and Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM). \n Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and FSLogix. \n Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise support models. \n Operations – VMWare, HyperV, XenServer, Invanti \n Desirable … solution (Becypt). \n Analytics, specifically Systrack/Nexthink (Non Essential – training provided). \n Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems, including, Windows 10 & Win11 \n\n Desirable Qualifications \n \n Citrix Certified Expert – Virtualisation (CCE-V) or equivalent. \n Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE ...
