We are seeking a full-time Sales/Logistics Administrator based at our Reading office. As part of a small team your role will assist the various steps in customer order fulfilment and customer service. This will involve some data entry, dealing with incoming materials, product despatch and logistics. In addition, you will be required in customer service dealing with incoming customer calls of new and existing clients. Part of the role will be processing and monitoring customer returns.
