Key responsibilities Lead change planning: develop and maintain a programme-level change plan aligned to migration waves, device deployment schedules and cutover windows. Stakeholder management: create and maintain stakeholder maps, run impact assessments, secure executive sponsorship and maintain regular briefing for sponsors and programme boards.
