Working closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex mail flow, mailbox, and legacy system challenges. Supporting a Higher Education (HE) environment-so experience in this sector is highly desirable. ? What We're Looking For: Proven expertise in Microsoft Exchange (on-prem & online) and Microsoft 365. Strong troubleshooting and remediation skills in complex environments. Ideally, experience working in or with Higher Education institutions.
