The Job: Were delighted to be assisting our client with their need for a Senior IT Systems Engineer/Helpdesk 2 nd/3 rd Line Support to join their growing IT team. About the Role: On behalf of our client we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer/2 nd/3 rd Line Helpdesk Support to support and maintain the existing managed IT support client base, while acting as the technical escalation point for the Service Desk team.
