About The Role Process Modelling Research/Advanced Research Engineer The NCC is the world-leading authority on composites manufacturing. Academic, industrial, or combined experience-preferably, you hold a Master's or PhD in composites process modelling or have relevant experience in modelling, simulations, and optimisation . Expertise areas ( not limited to ) include advanced/technical textiles manufacturing, prepreg/… transportation is advantageous. Experience with data science and machine learning techniques for design or process optimisation is a plus. Strong understanding of process/mathematical modelling fundamentals-ideally in fluid mechanics, thermal modelling, and finite element methods-and solid mathematical skills.
