Technical Skills Good working knowledge of: Windows 11 workstation support Windows Server (basic admin: users, groups, shares, permissions) Networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, WiFi) Hardware support (laptops/servers) Backup systems (ideally knowledge of recovery concepts) Familiarity with cybersecurity practices (phishing reporting, endpoint protection).
