They're looking for someone to bring leadership skills and sharp mixed-methods UX research knowledge, managing more junior team members as well as conducting high-profile research projects. Alongside management, you'll be conducting discovery, generative, formative and evaluative qual and quant research, addressing design challenges for a variety of new and existing products. You'll be conducting usability tests, depth interviews, ethnographic observations, survey design, and co-creation workshops. So, what are they looking for? 5+ years of experience as a UX Researcher … ideally in Financial Services, Banking, or any other heavily regulated industry. Knowledge of Consumer Duty guidelines and Accessibility Best Practice Principles.
