What You'll Bring Previous experience in a 1st Line or Service Desk role , ideally within an MSP. Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows OS, O365, Active Directory). Basic networking understanding (DNS … DHCP, TCP / IP, VPNs). Familiarity with RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management) tools is advantageous. Excellent troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach.
