This role focuses on payroll data integrity, process, reporting and system optimisation, while also contributing to payroll process improvements and compliance monitoring. The Payroll Analyst will play a key role in developing reporting, enhancing controls, and supporting payroll automation initiatives to improve data quality, accuracy and efficiency. Key Accountabilities: Payroll Compliance & Controls Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, including National Minimum Wage (NMW) monitoring and reporting. Maintain and develop Average Holiday Pay data and calculators to ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies.
