You ll Need: Proven CRM implementation experience (Salesforce or Dynamics). Strong technical skills with 5+ years in an MSP or IT services role. Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, SQL). Familiarity with systems like Autotask, O365, Azure, VMware, and 3CX. Nice to Have: Experience improving service desk workflows. Exposure to ITIL, ConnectWise, ServiceNow, or customer portals.
