A leading property consultancy is seeking to appoint a Technical Services Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to oversee a national portfolio of predominantly shopping centres. This is a key role requiring strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to compliance and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the technical management of a UK-wide portfolio, ensuring all building services and M&E systems are maintained to a high standard. Manage planned and reactive maintenance across multiple retail sites, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and health and safety legislation.
