Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network security solutions. Configure and support Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Perform network assessments, capacity planning, and ensure documentation is up to date. Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide expert escalation support. Mentor junior team members and share best practices. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure project success.
