People Systems Lead Eastleigh - Hybrid (2 days onsite) 12 month FTC Circa £60,000 You'll be the Subject Matter Expert for employee data across Group Functions, managing ongoing HR system development and delivering critical business insights. With responsibility for maintaining system accuracy, supporting global processes, and driving continuous improvement, you'll help shape the way we use HR technology to support people strategies and decision-making.
