Key Responsibilities: * Manage and deliver a live portfolio of MEICA projects, typically valued between £40,000 and £400,000 per scheme. * Oversee cradle-to-grave project delivery: from scoping and tendering to procurement, site set-up, contractor management, and commissioning. * Simultaneously manage up to 15 active projects, plus additional schemes in early planning stages. * Develop … external partners. * Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage projects independently with minimal supervision. * Solid understanding of health and safety protocols, including Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations. * Project management experience is desirable. * Prior experience in the water or utilities sector is beneficial but not essential.
