What you will be doing: Collaborating with multi-functional teams to define and implement network requirements. Providing updates on incident progress to partners and customers. Identifying, documenting, and raising known issues. Monitoring incident queues using ITSM tools for example ServiceNow. Monitoring and optimising network infrastructure performance. Administering IT resources such as users, network QoS, site security, telecoms, and applications. Working within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Reporting regularly on progress to Team Leaders and Managers. What you’ll bring : Eligibility to obtain DV (Developed Vetting) clearance.
