opportunity for an experienced IT Support Manager to join a growing organisation and play a key role in managing the IT support function, leading internal projects, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across the business. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT helpdesk, lead and mentor the IT support team, and work closely with both internal … operations and ensure efficient resolution of technical issues. Oversee IT asset, licence, and contract management. Ensure the integrity, security, and continuity of business systems and data through appropriate backup and recovery measures.
