experience in fintech or financial systems: payments, banking, accounting, exchanges, payroll, or crypto. Experience working in or building systems for companies like Wise, PayPal, Stripe, Adyen, Coinbase, Revolut, etc. Proficiency in Node.js & TypeScript, plus at least one additional backend language. Deep SQL expertise (PostgreSQL preferred): query performance, schema design, migrations.
