Well established Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Datacentre Ops company seeks IT Support Analyst/Helpdesk Support Analyst to join the team and play a key role in the management of incidents, tickets and processes on the desk supporting clients across the UK. You will provide user and technical support over the phone, remotely and at the desktop providing high quality customer service at all times. You will work within a small team of IT Helpdesk Engineers and take a lead role where appropriate.
