Job summary We are seeking a skilled and strategic Lead Infrastructure Engineer - FinOps to drive cost efficiency and financial accountability across UKHSA's cloud platforms. This role sits within the Platform Engineering team and focuses on embedding FinOps principles within the design, delivery, and operation of cloud services. You will work closely with finance, engineering, and cloud governance colleagues … to optimise cloud consumption, implement chargeback mechanisms, and support cost-aware service planning.
