Key Responsibilities Deliver expert support, maintenance, and optimisation of enterprise NetApp storage estates. Manage, configure, and troubleshoot ONTAP environments (9.x), including NAS/SAN and storage efficiency features. Administer and support NetApp … FAS, AFF, and/or ASA systems. Implement storage provisioning, performance tuning, and capacity planning. Support SnapMirror, SnapVault, and other NetApp data protection and replication technologies. Work closely with infrastructure, virtualisation, and backup teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes within ITIL frameworks.
