some 3rd line technical support to internal users. Support and administer Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments. Manage Active Directory, Group Policy and user administration. Assist with hardware deployment, software installations and device configuration. Support networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, TCP/… technically capable but also enjoys taking ownership and supporting the wider business.
