support to Linux based systems within a production based environment ensuring problems are identified and resolved. You will also be responsible for ticket management, basic maintenance, supporting customers and escalating where required. The ideal candidate will ideally be of graduate level in ideally Computer Science, Information Science, Computer Engineering or Information Systems however other STEM degrees such as Science, Engineering or Maths are acceptable.
