In this critical role, you will lead recovery efforts with suppliers facing delivery or quality challenges, ensuring continuity of production and supporting long-term supplier performance improvement. Key Responsibilities 🔧 Supplier Recovery & Issue Resolution Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers experiencing critical delivery or quality issues (e.g., AOG, production stoppages). Lead root cause analysis (RCA) using structured methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone diagrams. Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement robust recovery plans, including: Accelerated production strategies … to senior leadership when necessary. Capture lessons learned and ensure implementation of preventive actions to avoid recurrence. Industrial Audits & Capability Assessments 🛠️ Audit Execution Plan and conduct audits based on supplier risk, performance, and strategic importance.
