YOUR ROLE As a Senior Consultant, you will: Design and implement next-generation HR Target Operating Models, and Shared Services of the Future. Support HR technology implementations (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Oracle). Leverage Agentic AI and automation to optimise HR processes and decision-making. Create Experience Layers that deliver intuitive, personalized employee interactions across digital platforms. Facilitate workshops using Design Thinking and Employee Journey Mapping to reimagine HR experiences.
