The Role: • Act as a Development Manager for cross-functional team working on a powerful iPaaS solution. • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including creative designers, data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders. • Proactively identify and eliminate … impediments to the team's progress. • Track and report team velocity and sprint/release progress to provide transparency across the organization.
