This position sits within a development team who provide problem management and incident resolution capability for our middleware legacy Applications. You will be troubleshooting performance problems, interacting with the Product teams to ensure steps in a incident report are reproducible and collaborate with our engineering teams to deep … dive into the code base to fix customer issues.
