Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools such as Figma or similar. Experience in conducting user research and observation or usability testing, turning the output into data that can drive product design decisions. Tracking and analysing user activity, journeys and data patterns alongside our Data Analyst to help make informed suggestions. Designing and delivering wireframes, shaping user stories, user journeys, and low-fidelity mock-ups, high-fidelity designs.
