Ensure comprehensive project management, covering initial scoping, planning, budget control, infrastructure, initiation, implementation, and testing. Manage relationships with third-party entities, acting as a primary point of contact during all project phases. Address external and internal inquiries related to ongoing projects. Employ effective project management techniques, including regular progress and risk assessments, meeting key milestones, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
