Hays are now looking for a Service Transition Manager/SME. In the role, you will ensure new and changed services are delivered into live operations smoothly, safely, and with full operational readiness. You'll work closely with our clients delivery teams to guide controlled transition, assure service acceptability, and maintain alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
