Title: Senior Customer Success Lead Division: Information Technology Contract Position based at: Gaydon/Whitley - This role is hybrid and will require being on site once a week with a maximum of twice a week. Umbrella Rate: £64.41/hr Length of Contract: 12 months Position Description: In customer success the individual will be responsible for ensuring the customer is happy with the outcome of our clients digital products, gather relevant feedback and create remediation plans when not happy.
