Key skills, experience + duties include: Must have proven IT field service experience + be willing to travel regularly to support sites in the Midlands/Southern region. Regular on site visits, resolving break …/fix issues, setting up new equipment + IT project work. 2nd line technical support, installation, trouble-shooting, diagnosis, repair, testing + maintenance.
