AboutTheRole WerelookingformultipleLeadTechnicalArchitectswhowillplayacentralroleinthesuccessfuldeliveryoftechnologyprojects.Youwillworkcloselywithclientsandinternalteamstounderstandcontext,co-designsolutions,andleadtechnicalteamsthroughproductdevelopment. Inthisrole,youwillleadarchitectureworkonclientprogrammes.Youwilldesignandoverseeend-to-endtechnologysolutionsthatarescalable,secure,user-centred,andethicallyresponsible.Thisroleinvolvestranslatingbusinessneedsintotechnologysolutions,creatingarchitectureartefacts,andsupportingclientstomakesustainableanduser-focusedtechnologychoices. Youmightbeaspecialistinaparticulartechnologydomainorplatform-suchaslegacysystemmigration,m365,Azure,GCP,AWS,dataplatformsorintelligentprocessautomation-butyouwillapplyatechnologyagnosticperspective. You'lloperateasatrustedadvisor,oftenleadingsmallerengagementsorplayingaseniorroleonlargerones,butmayalsoworksoloorcontributeasamemberofateamasneeded.Youwillbethesourceoftechnicaloversightandadviceforthewiderteamandfortheclient. Youwillalsosupportthedevelopmentofjuniorcolleagueswhilecontributingtopracticeimprovementandbusinessdevelopment.
