Our client is looking for their next IC Test Engineer. Our client offers an end to end solution with complex ASIC creation. You will be responsible for implementation of a full commercial silicon test strategy for complex SoC’s. You will also have responsibility for developing advanced Test solutions, and ATE Bring up. Responsibilities for the IC Test Engineer: Develop test programs and debug for Wafer Probe and Final Assembly test. Collaborate with external vendors on test design and bring-up. Lead Test Platform selection and assess ATE resources. Produce Test Plans and requirements documentation. Support NPI and Volume test life cycle.
