This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for process design, configuration, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring smooth adoption across teams. β
Key Requirements Proven experience with β¦ Autotask β implementation and optimisation Strong understanding of MSP operations and service delivery best practices Experience leading service desk transformation or tool migrations Comfortable working onsite with internal teams and stakeholders Ability to hit the ground running and drive delivery independently πΌ Desirable Prior experience delivering Autotask within an MSP environment ITIL framework knowledge Familiarity with change management and process More β―
