Key Responsibilities: Design and execute commercial engagement strategies that support sales pipeline development, deal acceleration, and customer Klipboard portfolio expansion. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create tailored campaigns, product sales enablement materials, and messaging frameworks for key customer segments. Partner with Sales/Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities and support upsell/cross-sell efforts through targeted outreach and content. Use CRM and engagement platforms to build and automate customer journey touchpoints (email sequences, QBR content, win-back/nurture campaigns) alongside sales enablement.
