ResponsibilitiesPlanner Responsibleforschedulingallappointmentsandprogrammedworkswithsuitablyqualifiedoperativesusingavailabletechnologyandreportingtoolstoensurebusinessobjectivesarefullyachievedwithinagreedtimeframes. Toensureperformancemonitoringsystemsareinplace,andinformationisaccurateandeffective,andinaccordancewithfinancialregulations. Usingowninitiative,proactivelymanageworkordersusingITsystemsensuringthatvariationsandcomplexordersaremanagedandcoordinatedandaccuraterecordsareinplacetomonitorthroughtocompletion. Tooperatecustomersatisfactionsurveysandcommunicatewithcustomerstodiscussandresolverepairsissuesandtoescalatetheseissuestotherelevantmanagersasrequired. Toreceiveandresolveallcallsfromoperativesincludingvariationrequests,noaccessreports,requestsforadditionaljobs,etc. Toanswerclientandcustomerqueries-providingrepairsknowledgeandguidancetoassisttheminresolvingissues. Toensurethatthedynamicappointmentschedulingsystemdatabaseisaccuratelymaintainedandmanaged-observinggoodsystemhousekeeping,usermaintenance,andbestpracticeatalltimes. Toprepareofrecords,statisticsandcommunicationsdocumentasrequiredandrespondtowrittenandverbalicasework,complaintsandstatutoryenquiresasrequiredinatimelymanner,inordertoresolveissueseffectivelyandspeedily. Tomonitorandreportonoperativeperformanceintermsofmissed appointments,customersatisfactionlevels,etc.andtoescalateissuestotherelevantmanager.Planner Tomaintainacomprehensiveanduptodateknowledgeofallrelevantlegislation,proceduresandbestpracticefortheservicearea. Toliaisewithinternalandexternalstaffandagenciestoensurehighstandardsofservicedelivery.
