Key Responsibilities: Extract and analyse HR data to produce regular and ad hoc reports for management and leadership teams. Maintain and manage data integrity across HR systems. Use advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas ) to manipulate and analyse data. Write and execute SQL queries to support data extraction and reporting needs. Collaborate with HR, IT, and third-party vendors in the migration to a new HR system , assisting with data mapping, cleansing, and validation . Troubleshoot system issues and support end-users as needed. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a business analyst, systems administrator, or data/reporting role.
