About the role We’re looking for a friendly, motivated and technically capable IT Support Technician to join our growing IT team. This is a great opportunity for someone with helpdesk or support experience who’s eager to get involved in systems administration, server management and cloud technologies. You’ll be providing day-to-day technical … support to our staff across 40+ care homes and central offices, helping resolve issues quickly and professionally. Alongside this, you’ll have opportunities to assist with server tasks, Active Directory, Office 365 administration and other infrastructure projects as part of your development. This is a permanent role, ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term IT career in a busy but supportive environment. Reports to: IT Manager Key duties and responsibilities End-User Support Act as the first point of contact for IT issues via our helpdesk system. Troubleshoot problems with Windows desktops, printers, network access, email and mobile devices. Resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption. More ❯
